Sanchit Suri is a Chief Engineer with over 15 years of maritime service, working under the most demanding global operators in Japan and Taiwan — cultures where precision, punctuality, and professional integrity are not aspirations, but non-negotiable standards.
But NRI Seva wasn't born from professional ambition. It was born from personal pain. Many of my own relatives live abroad — scattered across continents — and I have watched them endure the same heartache, again and again: every interaction with India's systems feels like navigating a maze designed to waste time and drain patience. I have seen them lose sleep, lose money, and sometimes lose hope — simply because they couldn't be physically present to demand what is rightfully theirs.
When the people closest to you call, defeated — saying "the bank says come next week, the lawyer says maybe, the property agent disappeared" — that's when you realise this isn't just business. This is personal.
